multimedia-based training to all customers. PWTraining™, is an industry first
for premium audit, allowing users to receive instructional training
on the latest PremiumWare system features and methods through
self-paced, remote-capable, training methods.
This
multimedia-based training package allows users to gain the benefits
of training without the usual costs and logistical problems
associated with bringing a group of people together for a training
event. With multimedia based
training, PremiumWare / LossWare provides a standard reference that the
user can absorb at a self-paced rate.
Each
PWTraining™ product is subdivided into functional sections allowing
the user to reach a level of proficiency through review and testing
before moving on to subsequent sections. PWTraining retains sectional
quiz scores for problem area identification. New users are rapidly educated, allowing
for complete utilization of the many audit-enhancing features
of PremiumWare / LossWare. Used as a reference,
PWTraining™ allows veteran users to refresh their skills as well as
become proficient in the use of new features.
Currently, PWTraining™
includes instruction in the core PremiumWare™ / Lossware™ modules:
PWAdmin™, PWAudit™, and PWReviewer™, and it is offered initially via
CD-ROM and an inter-active Internet web site. These dynamic media allow
the user to interact with the training application reinforcing newly
acquired skills.
