PremiumWare Hosts User Conference and GalaArlington, Texas - The premier User Conference and Gala was hosted this week in Dallas TX, concurrent with the annual ISOTech, PAAS and E&S conferences. The week’s activities began with a Gala social and dinner for PremiumWare users and invited guests high atop Dallas’ spectacular 560 foot Reunion Tower. “…A celebration to recognize PremiumWare's banner year.” In the past 12 months, the latest enterprise installation with another of the country's leading property and casualty insurers was completed. A significant milestone was achieved as PremiumWare’s user count made PremiumWare the most widely used premium audit and loss control software in the country and we continued our dedicated commitment to uninterrupted service and support for the backbone of existing customers, all initiated and retained throughout the last eight years. On the days following the Gala, user conference attendees were provided numerous informational presentations given by PremiumWare users as well as members of the PremiumWare support team. Presentations were varied and included topical discussion areas such as Best Practices, Training, Data Management, System Performance and recently introduced PremiumWare features. Open discussions and socializing between conference attendees provided ample opportunity for each to increase their understanding of PremiumWare and thereby increase the effectiveness of their companies premium audit and loss control business units.
