Kemper Commences Five-year
Maintenance and Support Agreement
Arlington, Texas - Kemper
Insurance and PremiumWare, today announced the beginning of a five
year maintenance and support agreement for all licensed server and
client software. Software support services, contracted under the
previously signed licensing agreement, will be provided to the
Kemper premium audit business unit, as well as allied Kemper
subsidiaries, including field auditors, managers and audit
technicians and other service center staff located in multiple
cities throughout the country.
The terms of the agreement
specify Kemper IT services will be coordinating their activities to
complement PremiumWare’s support. The integration of these 'best of
breed' technology teams will enable the Kemper premium audit
business unit to benefit by its receiving the most cost-effective
support services. Designing and implementing this innovative,
value-added support solution is only one more reason PremiumWare and
their support services were chosen to provide a comprehensive
premium audit solution for Kemper.
PremiumWare has already been actively engaged in
the implementation and integration of PremiumWare software with the
Kemper legacy policy systems databases for the past several months
and with the commencement of the maintenance and support services,
Kemper will be solidifying and extending the efficiency and
effectiveness PremiumWare users experience.
