To add an attachment to your Call Ticket such as a Graphic File ( Screen Shot ).

             While you have the Application open and/or the Image on your monitor screen.

  1. Press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard.

  2. Open a Text editor such as Microsoft Word or WordPad.
  3. When the cursor is flashing on the monitor in the Text Editor hold down the "Ctrl and V" keys at the same time to paste the screen image into the Text Editor.
  4. Click on the "File" button on the Menu Bar at the top of the screen and choose "Save As".
  5. Type in the file name you wish to save the Document as ... Example: Screen1.doc
  6. Click the save button.
  7. Copy this file to your designated Web Page directory.
  8. After you Log into the PremiumWare Help Desk, click on "Add a New Call" on the Menu Bar.
  9. In the Field labeled "Attachment Link" (if Applicable) Fill in the URL data field where your saved Document is stored. (See the Example below)
