This page will help you search for a relevant FAQ from the help desk system.
There are basically two ways to search for a FAQ. The first way deals with the top, colored portion of this page. Choose a category from the drop-down list, enter the question or answer, and press 'Search' to view the results.
The second way utilizes the Search Options. This method is similar to most other internet search engines in that you may make the search as complicated as needed. Enter the search criteria into the Keyword Search text box (there may be more than one word entered).
