This page contains the means to change the password used to log into the help desk.
For security, asterisks are placed inside the text boxes as passwords are entered. Enter the old password, the new password, and then the new password again to verify the change.
Remember, passwords are case-sensitive and use alphanumeric characters only (letters and/or numbers). Do not use special characters (i.e. &, *, #).
Check with your systems administrator if you have forgotten your old password.
